Reena plays a vital role at LUV Homes as the company’s Property Acquisition Lead, where her primary focus is sourcing below market value (BMV) properties with strong potential for value uplift. She’s passionate about identifying hidden gems, homes that need vision, care, and strategic investment to transform into high-performing assets.

With a professional background spanning financial services and healthcare, Reena brings over 17 years of combined experience in client care, operations, and working in high-pressure environments. She spent five years in financial services before stepping away to raise a family, and for the past 12 years, has worked for the NHS as a Medical Secretary, where she honed her organisational expertise and people first approach.

Reena’s motivation for entering property is fuelled by a clear purpose: to achieve financial freedom, create memorable experiences with her family, and build a future where her children have every opportunity to pursue their goals. She is determined to escape the limitations of the 9–5, travel the world, and support others along the way.

Her strengths lie in her exceptional customer service, strong communication, and relationship building abilities. She brings a calm, focused energy to the business, and thrives under pressure, always keeping the end goal in sight. Her attention to detail and natural empathy make her a strong asset in both acquisition and client relations.

Outside of work, Reena is all about balance and wellbeing. She keeps fit at the gym, loves going on scenic walks with her children, and has a deep appreciation for culture and history, often visiting National Trust sites. She’s also an avid traveller and is always planning the next family adventure.
